WHO AM I ?

I am Andrea
I wasn’t always sure of myself and I didn’t have all the answers to my questions about who I was and how to live a life that fulfils me
I was a sugar junkie in my 20’s and 30’s and I suffered with IBS symptoms for as long as I can remember
I was on the birth control pill for 10 years and that affected my health
I survived a painful divorce
I nearly lost my life in a massive car accident
My health deteriorated aged 42 and I couldn’t figure out why because I had changed what I ate and it was super healthy!
I took back control of my own perimenopause symptoms by studying womens hormones for 15+ years
I studied nutritional therapy and herbal therapy
I changed my food choices and stopped being a sugar junkie
I got clear on who I was and who I wanted to be and learned to love myself
I have more confidence with myself
I am thriving in post menopause and now I can show you how to do it
