I have had brain fog, digestion problems that got very serious, bad skin issues and fatigue.  My period pain was so bad that I couldn’t stand up and I had to take a day off work every month!  I suffered from depression for years and I wasn’t living life to the full.  I was blocking my true self.  

I have been working on healing my own body, by studying womens hormones for the last 10 years +.
