The third module is a video to explain what supplements, herbs, spices and teas I recommend for healthy hormones and weight maintenance. 

The last module is a video to explain how sleep, lifestyle, mindset and the environment that you live in can affect your hormones, affect how you age, stop you from losing body fat and what to do to correct it
