Welcome.  I have been going through the Perimenopause myself.

I was a sugar junkie in my 20’s and 30’s and I have suffered with IBS symptoms.

My health crashed 3 years ago and I couldn’t digest anything I was eating. I lost a lot of weight. I found diet solutions for myself and healed my gut.  I am now fitter and leaner than I was in my 20’s!

I want that for you too.

Since then, I have extensively studied perimenopause, menopause and gut issues (leaky gut and IBS).

    My comment from youtube “I have been bleeding since September 11 2018 and continues till this day. There was a 3 day break October 17th- 19th and then it started over again. As of today October 31st I am still bleeding. I have went to the doctors had all the test and she says that I may have an ovulatory dysfunction and/or peri-menopause. I am fed up with all this bleeding I can not get it to stop. I am a Anemic and I worry about losing a lot of blood. My doctor wanted me to go on a hormone replacement but I said NO, she also wanted me to have surgery I also said NO to that. I am searching for a more natural solution. I do have a slight touch of high blood pressure which I feel it is because my body is going through something. So, I researched shepards purse and found that it is not recommended for people with high blood pressure but because it is fast acting that is why I chose that. I am not taking it though. So, what can I do during this time of transition to stop this heavy bleeding?”
