It is a great way to cut out certain foods for 7 days to help your body to clear out the toxins and protect the health of your liver and digestive system.
WHERE DO TOXINS COME FROM?

When you are having trouble moving your bowels every day, this allows for toxins to ferment and can pollute your cells. When your digestion is slow, this can allow harmful particles to be absorbed into your colon. They can then pass into your bloodstream and contribute to illness.
Advertisements, diets, supermarket promotions etc, can all lead us to make poor food choices. These foods (or can you even call them food!) contain no nutrients whatsoever, they can contain overcooked food, lots of artificial ingredients, bad fats, and lots of sugar that can have a big impact on your entire bodily functions and systems.
When you eat too much food, your body can’t break it down properly. This can cause constipation and lots of digestive problems including bloating or gas. This can result in a depletion of nutrients getting into your body for optimal nutrition and health leaving you feeling sluggish and fatigued.
Stress is all around us, it cannot be avoided altogether but you can find ways to manage it. If you allow too much stress into your life, it can break down your immune system over time and cause lots of disruptions in your body leading to ill health.
Antibiotics do help to fight infections but they can also wipe out all the good and bad bacteria in your body which is not ideal, especially if you have had a lot of antibiotic use. This can put you at risk of developing the wrong bacteria in your body.
LACK OF EXERCISE
When you exercise, which can be anything from walking, swimming etc., it will stimulate the whole of your body. It will help to increase your metabolism, improve your circulation and move your lymphatic system and give you more energy too.
LACK OF SLEEP
Your body repairs and cleanses when you are sleeping. If you are not getting enough sleep for long periods of time, this is putting you at risk of damaging your cells, promote tiredness, increase cravings for food and a lack of wellbeing overall.
