This Class will teach you how to help your body cope with hormone fluctuations using nutrition, exercise, mindset and lifestyle.

SIGNING UP AND THE PROCESS

An application form will be sent to you to be completed asking questions about

▪ Your exercise program, if any,

▪ Describe your lifestyle, including your stress levels etc.

A 1:1  call will be  set up to discuss your challenges faced and to help and guide you through the course based on your specific needs. 

You will receive email communication on your progress to support weekly

After the 30 days we will have another 1 hour call to discuss how you have progressed.

When you can give yourself “self care”, you can then give the whole of yourself to others, because you will be much happier, more aware of yourself, have more energy, be more friendly and affectionate. 

Keep track of your “self care” every day by writing in a journal. 

Make sure that you make time for “You” and stop saying “Yes” to everything

I will support you with your symptoms, meal planning, exercise plans.  You have access to me via email to answer any questions you may have.

After the 30 days, you will have the chance to book more time with me on a monthly basis to receive more of my help and support.  We can discuss this during our call at the end of the 30 days.
