What Is Good About Menopause?


Menopause is not all bad.

A lot of women think that when they reach menopause, they are:

Over the hill

Past their sell by date

Lose their attractiveness

Lose their looks

STOP right there.  

This does NOT have to be the case at all.

You lose muscle tone

Your skin is less elastic and is much drier than before

Your hair is drier and not as luscious as before

You are more sensitive to stress

You are more sensitive to sugar
